Lake home is located just north of McGregor, Minnesota, conveniently 2-2.5 hours north of the Twin Cities. This is a 2 level home with 3 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms that comfortably sleeps 8. It has a fully equipped kitchen, large dining room table and open living room. The large master bedroom with on suite is located on the main level and walks out onto a spacious deck with 2 loungers over looking the lake. On the lower level is another living room, large sunken bar with lake views, 2 more roomy bedrooms and 2 more bathrooms (one is an on suite). From the lower level you can access a huge stone patio with 2 gas grills, a table and chairs, loungers and a fire pit. The patio has beautiful views of the lake. There are hand laid stone stairs or an electric tram to bring you down to the lake. We have a dock you can tie your boat up to, but we do not rent out our boat. There are a couple of places that rent boats in our area. However, we do have 2 kayaks and a paddle board for your enjoyment. The lakeshore has a sandy bottom and is perfect for swimming. This amazing region is incredibly beautiful, awe-inspiring and is loaded with unique and fun activities and adventures. You can swim, fish, bike, canoe, boat, eat in or out, golf, shop, snowmobile, ATV, plus see wildlife views throughout expansive public parks and land. Big Sandy Lake is an amazing size lake at just over 6,500 acres. It's big enough to water ski, tube, jet-ski, fish, etc. It is clean, sandy and loaded with fish. It also has a sandbar for recreation during hot summer days, as well as 6 restaurants and bars that are accessible by boat. This cabin is perfect for a family-fun filled getaway anytime of year!

One step in this home and you won't want to leave! There are 2 king, 13 queen and 11 double beds in this home. Plus a futon located in the great room. The dock is an oversized floating dock with plenty of room for you to bring your boat and tie up to it. The boat launch is roughly a mile away - directions to the launch will be in the cabin. We are located 7 miles north of town and 5 miles east on the Prairie River. Corporate Retreats/Company Parties: You will be a hit at your company if you decide to have your next corporate retreat here! Lots of parking, a bar to set up your beverages, a patio to set up your tables and chairs, video games, theater room, pool table... the possibilities are endless. There is a golf course roughly 8 miles away for your guests if they choose. Bring your family and friends to Quadna Mountain Resort to enjoy year round activities such as golfing, boating, swimming, hunting, fishing, ice fishing, snowmobiling, ATV riding and even something as simple as getting away for awhile in a quiet up north setting. Quadna has two outdoor pools however only 1 is available this summer. From memorial weekend to labor day weekend. We have a community center available that can be reserved for family reunions, special occasions or group gathers. Hill city is a small town of less than 700 people, but that doesn't stop it from having four  restuarants/bars, city beach, multiple churches, convenience stores and a dollar general. Another perk of being in Hill City, is that you are able to leave your VRBO townhouse on your snowmobile or ATV, drive into town for dinner and drinks. There is also easy access onto the Soo Line Recreational Trail for snowmobiles and ATV's. If those activities don't fill up your schedule while you're here, you can drive 20 minutes north to Grand Rapids, which has great restaurants, bars, shops, golf courses and other entertainment. Or you can drive 1.5 hours to Duluth for a day trip and explore the North Shore. This unit has two full bathrooms, one 3/4 bathroom with a shower, one bedroomwith a king size bed, two with a queen size bed, and the last bedroom has a twin bed. In the living room there is a futon and also a hide-a-bed couch. This townhouse has a full size kitchen with all the amenities to cook meals. The river is well known for its great tubing, canoeing and kayaking. Located just 7 miles west of interstate 35 and 40 miles south of Duluth or an hour and a half north of the Twin Cities Metro. The cabin can sleep up to four comfortably, 6 if you count the couch and portable cot. Tents and campers welcome if you need additional sleeping. There is an electric fireplace and DISH TV & wireless internet! Some features are a bon-fire pit and a large gas grill for grilling. Deer feeders and lots of bird feeders for the wildlife. We require a two night minimum stay but can be flexible. Rates start at 139.00 per night during the week and 159.00 on weekends. Weekly rates are also available. Pets welcome for a minimal fee.
